Standalone aerial photo sets in this market typically run $150 to $300. Our drone pricing is published on this page, and aerials are bundled into the Premium Listing Package alongside photos and video.
Can you fly everywhere in Chicago?
Not everywhere. Parts of the city sit in controlled airspace where flights need authorization, and a few areas are off limits. Tell us the address when you book and we confirm feasibility before the shoot, not at it.
Do aerials come with video too?
Yes. Stills and motion come from the same flight, and aerial footage cuts into the listing film when you book both.
When are aerials worth it?
Anything where land, position or surroundings carry value: larger lots, waterfront and park-adjacent homes, new construction, multi-unit buildings, and any suburban listing where the yard is part of the sale.
