Arch. Digest just called, they want to know who your photographer is.

Pricing

Published package pricing: the prices on this site are the prices in the booking flow, updated live.

The portal

Every order lives in one client portal: booking, production status, review and approval, revisions, and downloads, with MLS-ready exports built in.

MLS-ready

Every gallery exports an MLS-sized set (2560px, portal-compliant) in one click, so you never have to ask for resized files.

From the air

Aerials place the property: the lot, the roofline, the block it sits on. Stills and motion come from the same flight.

Questions agents actually ask

How much does real estate photography cost in Chicago?

Across the Chicago market, standard listing photography generally runs $150 to $400 per shoot, with premium and luxury work above that. Our packages are listed on this page with live prices. Listing photography is priced by bedroom and bathroom count, so a condo isn't billed like a 6-bedroom house.

How fast are photos delivered?

Each package lists its included delivery window right on this page. Those windows come from the same system that schedules our production, not from marketing copy. Rush delivery is available at booking for deadline listings.

Do you photograph occupied and staged homes?

Yes. Most of our shoots are lived-in or staged homes, and every booking comes with a preparation guide so the home is camera-ready when the photographer arrives.

What areas do you cover?

All of Chicagoland: the city proper plus the North Shore and the western and northwestern suburbs, from Lincoln Park and the West Loop out to Naperville, Hinsdale, Evanston and Barrington.

How do I get my photos?

Through your client portal. You get a gallery you can review, request revisions on, and download in full resolution or MLS-sized. The files never live in an email thread or an expiring link.

Can I order photos, video and drone in one visit?

Yes. The booking flow is a cart, so you can combine listing photography, video, drone and more into a single appointment. The Premium Listing Package bundles the most common combination at a package price.

Do you work with brokerages and teams?

Yes. Brokerages run Full Bars Media as a white-label media platform under their own brand, with member pricing and a team back office. Ask about brokerage programs when you book.

What if I need changes to the photos?

Every booking includes two revision rounds. You mark up the exact images in the portal's review room and the edits come back through the same thread.

Your next listing deserves better media.
